Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our software services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting our brand presence across digital platforms.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base for services like mobile app development, website development, and custom software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, and freelancing platforms
Identify potential clients and build strong sales pipelines
Pitch software services (mobile apps, websites, SaaS solutions, etc.)
Handle end-to-end client communication (initial contact to deal closure)
Manage and grow company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Coordinate with the development team to understand client requirements
Maintain CRM and track lead progress
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills :
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in IT sales / software services sales
Knowledge of lead generation strategies

Familiarity with platforms like:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr
Email marketing tools

Basic understanding of:
Mobile app development
Website development
SaaS products
Social media management skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in business development or IT sales
Experience in handling international clients is a plus
Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
